Line Maintenance & AOG Support Services

Execution of approved transit, daily, and weekly line maintenance tasks in support of in-service aircraft operations. Maintenance is performed using operator-provided approved technical data and within established line maintenance limits, with a focus on safety, compliance, and operational continuity.

Responsive Aircraft on Ground (AOG) technical support for in-service aircraft experiencing unscheduled maintenance events. Services include fault isolation, troubleshooting, and corrective actions permitted within approved line maintenance limits, performed using operator-provided approved technical data and in accordance with applicable Dominican civil aviation regulations.

Provision of avionics-related fault isolation and troubleshooting in support of in-service aircraft during line maintenance and AOG events. Activities are limited to approved line maintenance scope and performed using operator-provided approved technical data. Corrective actions are coordinated with the operator’s maintenance control to support dispatch reliability and operational continuity.

Performance of corrective maintenance actions associated with Minimum Equipment List (MEL) and Configuration Deviation List (CDL) items, limited to tasks authorized under line maintenance scope. All actions are executed using operator-provided approved technical data and in coordination with the operator’s maintenance control to support continued airworthiness and operational compliance.

Technical support provided to assist operators with dispatch recovery and ongoing operational reliability during line maintenance and AOG events. Activities include coordination with maintenance control, accurate fault reporting, and timely execution of approved corrective actions within line maintenance limits, using operator-provided approved technical data and in accordance with applicable Dominican civil aviation regulations.
